Mr. Pradeep Aggarwal is the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds a
Bachelor
of Commerce (Honours) degree from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi (1989) and is a qualified
Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (1993).
With over 32 years of professional experience, including more than 16 years in the scaffolding
industry,
Mr. Aggarwal brings deep industry knowledge and financial acumen to the leadership of the
Company.
He began his career in 1993 with Ernst & Young as an Associate Consultant, where he worked until
1998.
He then joined Harris RF Communications as Head – Finance and Operations. In 2002, he moved to TCNS
Clothing Company Pvt. Ltd. as Head – Finance, serving until 2006. From 2006 to 2009, he was
associated
with Onicra Credit Rating Agency of India Ltd. as Vice President – Finance and
Operations.
In 2009, he joined Mtandt Rentals Ltd. as Associate Director, where he was responsible for managing
the
company and its group entities until 2019.
Mr. Aggarwal joined our Company as a Director in 2022 and was re-designated as Managing Director and
Chairman on July 23, 2025. He currently oversees the Company’s overall operations, including
finance,
legal, and strategic functions.
Ajay Kumar Kanoi
Whole-time Director
Mr. Ajay Kumar Kanoi is the Promoter and Whole-time Director of our Company. He completed his higher
secondary education in 1988 from Gill Adarsh Matriculation Higher Secondary School. With over 36
years
of experience in the steel industry, including 14 years in the scaffolding sector, he brings
extensive
domain expertise and industry insight to the Company.
He began his career in 1989 as a Sales Executive at Kanoi Metal Corporation and was promoted to
Senior
Sales Executive in 1992, continuing in that role until 1999. In 1999, he founded his own
proprietorship,
Ever Shine Steel, which he managed until 2011. He subsequently established another proprietorship,
Gaurav Steel, in 2011, which he operated until 2012.
In 2011, Mr. Kanoi joined Mtandt Rentals Limited as Regional Head – West, where he was responsible
for
sales and operations until 2019. That same year, he co-founded our Company as a Director and was
re-designated as Whole-time Director on July 23, 2025.
Mr. Kanoi currently leads the Company’s sales and marketing functions, with a focus on
infrastructure
sector clients and other key domestic customer segments.

Rushil Agarwal
Whole-time Director
Mr. Rushil Agarwal is the Promoter and Whole-time Director of our Company. He has been a member of
the
Board since the Company’s inception and is also its Co-founder. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce
degree
from the University of Delhi, completed in 2020.
With 5 years of hands-on experience in the scaffolding industry, Mr. Agarwal has played a key role
in
the Company’s growth and operational development. His responsibilities include overseeing
manufacturing
operations, covering procurement, production planning, logistics, and quality control.

Rajani Ajay Kanoi
Non-Executive Director
Mrs. Rajani Ajay Kanoi is the Promoter and Non-Executive Director of our Company.
She joined the Company in 2021 as a Senior Manager and was appointed as a Director in 2023. With 4
years
of experience in the scaffolding industry, she brings a focused approach to financial oversight and
internal controls.
In her current role as a Non-Executive Director, Ms. Kanoi is responsible for receivables
management,
including monitoring debtors’ cash flows and providing strategic oversight on the Company’s
receivables
management practices.
Vaibhav Mandhana
Independent Director
Vaibhav Mandhana is the Independent Director of our Company since August 26, 2025. He completed his Chartered Accountant in the year 2011 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He is also an IBBI-registered valuer for Securities & Financial Assets. He has around 14 years of post-qualification experience in valuation, audit, finance and related advisory services. He started his career with Walker, Chandiok & Co.) – Audit & Assurance team in the year 2010 and continued there till 2015. He founded V. Mandhana & Associates in 2016, where he presently serves as Proprietor.

Manish Kankani
Independent Director
Manish Kankani is the Independent Director of our Company since August 26, 2025. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 2013 from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and has about 12 years of experience in statutory, internal, concurrent, stock and GST audits as well as income tax matters. He began his career with KM Garg & Co., Chartered Accountants, as an Internal Auditor in April 2013 and continued there till August 2013. In September 2013, he co-founded DMKH & Co., where he is currently a Partner.
