Job Summary for Sales Intern:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our inside sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business leads, building relationships with customers, driving sales revenue, and meeting sales targets through outbound and inbound telephone sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prospecting: Generate new business leads through outbound telephone calls to prospective customers.
- Needs Analysis: Conduct needs analysis with customers to understand their business requirements and identify opportunities for our products or services.
- Product/Service Presentations: Deliver product or service presentations to customers via telephone to highlight the features, benefits, and value proposition.
- Handling Objections: Handle customer objections and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Closing Sales: Close sales deals and negotiate pricing and terms as needed.
- Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Data Entry: Enter sales data into our CRM system to track sales activity and customer interactions.

Job Summary for Infra Sales:
We’re seeking a seasoned Area Sales and Relationship Manager to lead our sales efforts in assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales and relationship management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing customer relationships.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including key decision-makers and influencers.
- Account Management: Manage existing customer accounts, including identifying new business opportunities and resolving customer complaints.
- New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Market Intelligence: Gather and analyze market intelligence to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular sales reports and analysis to the National Sales Manager.
- Quotation Making

Requirements:
