OPENING POSITION

 

1. Sales Co-ordinator

  • Experience: Min 2 year
  • CTC- 2.4 – 3.6 LPA
  • Vacancy: 06
  • Location: Noida and Mumbai

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Connect and engage with pre generated leads via inbound and outbound calls to Reach out to new customers and explain to them our product.
  • Preparing and submitting Quotation, Performa invoice, ensure delivery & returns.
  • Handling the inquiries, preparation and submission of details as per client requirement. Generate the inquiry in system send to customer.
  • Obtain confirmation from the customer (PO, Email etc.) generate sales order and order confirmation.
    Maintain organized sales records.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Achieve sales targets by new customer acquisition and ensure growth / revenue from existing customers.
  • Coordinate with senior management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of delays and delivery dates.
  • Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
  • Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly.
  • Provide support and maintenance to existing MIS system
  • Generate and distribute management report in an accurate and timely manner
  • Develop MIS documentation to allow smooth operation and easy system maintenance
  • Provide recommendation to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency
  • Performing data analysis for generating reports periodically
  • Developing MIS system for customer management and internal communication
  • Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to the management team
  • Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company’s services and products
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails and handling orders by phone
  • Establish active communication and engagement with sales representatives to ensure that orders are processed promptly
