2. Executive Assistant / CEO Assistant

We, Msafe Equipments Pvt Ltd, is seeking an Executive Assistant / CEO Assistant to support their CEO. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship.

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide executive support for the CEO, which includes calendar management and email correspondence.
  • Draft and prepare correspondence for internal announcements, board meetings, and other organizations the CEO or executives are involved with.
  • Arrange domestic and international travel (including multi-trip) and accommodations. Create travel itineraries.
  • Proactive planning for logistics related to international traveling including reservation booking, health and safety requirements, and between destination navigation.
  • Provide and lead support to both internal and external parties with a high level of professionalism and in a manner that reflects positively on the organization.
  • Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the global operations of the company.
  • Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization.
  • Screen incoming telephone calls; take and deliver accurate messages; respond to requests by gathering and providing information and referring non-routine calls to the appropriate staff.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Connect and engage with pre generated leads via inbound and outbound calls to Reach out to new customers and explain to them our product.
  • Preparing and submitting Quotation, Performa invoice, ensure delivery & returns.
  • Handling the inquiries, preparation and submission of details as per client requirement. Generate the inquiry in system send to customer.
  • Obtain confirmation from the customer (PO, Email etc.) generate sales order and order confirmation.
